We want to introduce you our new DH family. We are back to the roots. Aleix Gallimo, Marc Escoda, Marc Mir, Lamin Cassama and Alfred “Bipo”, welcome home.

Back home it’s a video that shows who we are and how we skate. This video introduces the new Pro Downhill Team in the Long Island Boards family. Featuring Aleix Gallimo, Marc Escoda, Marc Mir, Lamin Cassama and Alfred “Bipo”.

Aleix Gallimo, one of the most accurate and fast riders in the European Downhill scene, worldwide recognized for his own footbrake style and classy ride.

Marc Escoda, the most explosive and meticulous Downhill rider. There’s only one thing on his mind when he is on the hill, “speed”. “Downhill is a sack of sensations” M.Escoda.

Few things can be said about Lamin Cassama, his ability to stand up at full speed with ease and relax style, proves that he is not afraid of anything.

Marc Mir, a passionate guy about speed and punk music. From the ghetto of Barcelona, with his own style and a permanent smile in his face, he brings fresh riding and motivation.

Alfred, better known as Bipo, the new TM of the crew. He only thinks about traveling, skating and spending all his leasure time teaching and sharing his passion about skateboarding.

Welcome to the family guys!

Born in Vancouver, Les has been backpacking and adventuring around the globe most of his life. Skateboarding made it easier to get around, eventually leading to a long trek skate adventure across Kenya. With a new appreciation for skateboards and some good connections, Les dropped everything to make skateboarding his life and, as they say, it's all been downhill since. Now Editor at Skate[Slate] and one of the owners of Flatspot Longboards, Les spends the rest of his time raising his first kid, plugged into the skate-web, and skating with Coast Longboarding.
